Ask the owner where else the property is advertised (established) on the Internet. Always speak to the owner by phone before sending any money. If paying by Check or Money Order, take additional precations and try to avoid using wire transfers. For additional protection, check with the local Better Business Bureaus and/or Purchase Trip Insurance. Rentini highly recommends that renters ask for and receive, review and understand a written notice of the Refund/Cancellation policy from the advertiser. Rentini is not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason. Renters assume all liability for use of any information found in the Rentini Internet publication.
