The condo was very comfortable, well maintained, well equipped, superb location, and an excellent value. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning travel to Kauai. We found your home to be beautiful and luxurious in every way. The master bedroom is very large, the bathroom is HUGE and very thoughtfully laid out (two people can use it, in private, at the same time), a very pleasant den/eating area, a full size washer and dryer, two lanais, and a kitchen that sports the finest appliances available (my wife loves to cook...and is still talking about how much she loved your kitchen - and what we now need to change in our own!). Not surprisingly, we found the resort to be on par with your home...very helpful employees who seemed to relish their jobs. From the guys who helped our nine year old feed the Koi, to the Shave Ice gal, to the groundskeepers, everyone helped make our stay extremely pleasurable. As an added bonus, the resort is centrally located - and there is a Safeway right across the street! In addition to Kauai, we also spent time on Maui and the Big Island. While each has its own special features, by far our favorite island was Kauai. We visited a half dozen different beaches, plus Koke'e State Park and the Smith Family Luau - and each evening looked forward to returning to H-305. Enjoying a home cooked dinner while sitting on your lanai, feeling the gentle breeze and listening to the ocean's waves was heavenly. H-305 is located in a beautiful resort and centrally located to Kauai attractions and local businesses. We spotted Whales from the Lanai and observed Monk Seals on the beach. Brooke & Casey (Sacramento, CA) 03/15/08 - 03/21/08 ________________________________________ March 01, 2008 We traveled to Kauai for our wedding/honeymoon, we were married in Poipu but stayed in Kapa'a. I did extensive research and chose the Outrigger Waipouli because I wanted a luxurious room at a place where the family could hang out yet was also centrally located. The hotel was perfect. A little checking beforehand and you'll have no problems. We booked directly from an owner on VRBO.com (H-305) and had plenty of info from them so we knew what to expect. The staff was always pleasant, helpful and polite even when they knew we didn't book through Outrigger. We chose a building close to the beach and a room facing away from the pool on purpose, it was quiet, cozy and had great beach/pool access. It was also brimming with towels and extra sheets, really they were everywhere, it was wonderful. (Highly recommend these owners, they were great to work with, it's the one advertised on VRBO as having "fine art.") We also warned others in our party that a garden view means parking lot view but it's cheaper. Some chose to make that trade-off and just kept the blinds closed. We all loved the pools/slides and as a group we spent a large portion of our time there, very relaxing. Having the grocery across the street was awesome and both the Coconut Marketplace and several excellent restaurants were all within walking distance. Kapa'a is a good place to stay if you want to enjoy both the north and the south sides of the island and this is absolutely one of the top hotels/condo's available. Merilee J. G (Murray, UT) 11/7/2007 - 11/17/07 ________________________________________ Feb 12, 2008 Thank you Vadim for the use of your 5 star condo. We rented the unit for 3 weeks. The unit was clean and filled with all the modern appliances of a 5 star kitchen as well as a/c, full size washer & dryer, you want for nothing. We tried different fruits and veggies from the farmers markets or the road side stands all were interesting. I love to cook so it was nice to have a full size kitchen with everything you would need. The resort offers a towel service down by the pool so you never worry about cleaning your own pool or beach towels. We loved the central location, the stores for supplies are very close, yet when your in the condo you feel like there’s nothing else around. I must say it was very quiet and the view was great, we could hear and see the ocean. The people at the resort are very nice, everything is kept very clean, the grounds are some of the best kept on the island, if not the best. we looked at other resorts well on the island and found none to be as wonderful as this one. We visited a different beach almost everyday couple we repeated the swimming was great. we saw 9 monk seals and whales jumping in the ocean every day. This was the most tropical place we've ever visited you truly feel like your in Hawaii. If we were to stay on Kauai again it would be at this resort for sure. What a beautiful island and resort. Warmest Regards, Merilee December 8, 2007 Dear Vadim & Mike, Finally I have a chance to sit down and thank you for sharing your condo with us this past November. We go on one big trip a year and I spend months researching the place where we stay, since this was for our wedding it was especially important to me to have the right accommodations and we were not disappointed! “G” is a great building, no pool noise, fast ocean access, we were out to watch the sunrise in our PJ’s almost every day. Spacious yet cozy and with all the right extra’s! Egyptian towels in plentiful supply, plenty of linen and the iPod doc is awesome. My new in-laws booked a fourth level two bedroom across in “B” and at first I was jealous that theirs might be nicer but it was definitely not. Bigger isn’t better! It was hot, the appliances were cheap, the AC never worked properly. It was such a contrast to your place where I even noticed the silverware was better. Wedding day we had 4 girls getting ready yet we had plenty of sink space and never felt the least bit crowded. We all loved that big gorgeous mirror in the living room; it was the hit of the day. Last the art adds that extra little touch that cements it as a cut above the other condos. Well I could go on and on but I’m sure you already know how wonderful it is, I don’t know when we’ll get back to Kauai but I will definitely be contacting you when we do!
