Refund

5% Cancelation Fee will apply for all canceled reservations Cancelations made within 60 days from Check In date are not refundable unless unit re-rented again. Pro-rated refund will be issued for the time that was covered by another rentor. 20% initial deposit is refundable unless Check In date is within 60 days $500 Damage Deposit is fully refundable one week after Check Out date.

Deposit

20% Initial deposit is required to complete booking The rest of the balance is due 60 days prior Check In date $500 Damage Deposit is due 7 days prior to Check In date. It's fully refundable 7 days after Check Out date

Rental

ALL RENTERS AND THEIR GUESTS SHALL AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING  20% advance payment required at the time of reservation All rates subject to 11.42% Hawaii State Tax Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival Check out cleaning fee of $120 applied $500 damage deposit is due 7 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit is fully refundable 7 days after departure assuming no damage occured to the unit by renters' cause. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. $50.00 will be collected for any returned checks. The maximum occupancy of this property may not be exceeded at any time during the reservation period. No Smoking No Pets Allowed For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the unit can be re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued. Renter shall also agree to the following conditions for their stay: Owner does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any personal property of the Renter. (owner will return any missing items found) Owner will provide local and long distance phone service. If new phone service policy is enforced by the resort the renter may need to bring a calling card for any long distance phone calls. Renter will pay for repairs of any damage, they or their guests have caused. Renter hereby acknowledges that they have read this agreement, understand it, agree to it, and taken a copy if needed.
